Towards the end of 2018 you might have seen the Packhorse mentioned in the press, as the recipients of CAMRA’s prestigious ‘Pub Save of the Year’ award. On Tuesday 12th Feb 2019 we finally got our hands on the actual award and we’re very chuffed with it! Gareth Macdonald from CAMRA South West came along to present the award to Dom Moorhouse and the Packhorse team. It’s the first time in many years of trying that the national award has gone to a pub in the South West, so we’re proudly flying the flag for the whole region.
