As everyone knows, we are a very proudly-owned community pub.
We exist as a result of the legendary generosity of c. 430 shareholders who supported the project ahead of its historic operning in 2018.
Since then, continued interest in the pub and thriving venture has been such that we, recently, organised a secondary round of new investors (as matched to some departing shareholders – deceased, moved away from area etc).
We anticipate repeating this exercise whenever there is sufficient matching of supply/demand in this regard … effectively to facilitate a secondary market (albeit shares will simply exchange at original par value).
If you are interested in, either, becoming a new shareholder – or – in selling/transferring your exisiting shares please let us know … such that we can maintain these respective lists and facilitate another such exercise in the future as/when numbers allow.
