We are looking to expand our team in readiness for what we expect to be the ‘Best Summer’ yet. We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible and creative individuals to fill the Sous Chef and Senior Chef de Partie positions. You will assist the Head Chef with menu creation, be responsible for ordering, stock control and hygiene, assist in training junior chefs, front of house and general kitchen management.
Suitable candidates should have proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 years in commercial kitchens and in a fresh food environment. We are looking for chefs who love food, love creating new dishes and has a demonstrable aptitude for managing a team and/or training others.
- Train and assist all other members of the kitchen team
- Work alongside Head Chef to develop all food offerings
- Run the pass when Head Chef is away and communicate effectively with FOH
- Ensure kitchen is in accordance with current hygiene standards
- Place orders with suppliers
We are also looking for Front of House Staff aged 18+ and a kitchen porter.
