James Harris, Head Chef, has created a fantastic menu (see below) with local beef, from Midford Herefords. The Dexters are reared on the wildflower meadows only 500 yards away from the pub. The special evening (on 14th November) will include a multi course tasting menu with an accompanying wine flight and talk from Richard Guest (Talking Wines company).
